I just adore your closing lines, this is a well direct hit to somoene and emotional as well, very well written.

I love the way you wrote this. You never see any poems about rejection when You're the one being rejected, not when you're the one doing the rejecting. This is really creative, I like it a lot!

I like the flow, but it seems too simple. Maybe use different words to make it more interesting. While reading it I was sort of impatient to get to the end already.
