Come December-ish, I should have the funds together to do a CreateSpace deal and have the book available for print via Amazon.com. There are staple-bound copies available but obtaining them and (and my mailing them) is a bit of a pain in the a*s. Is there any chance to get a printed version of this? I'd rather read books in well...book form, and seems quite interesting!
