A Poem by Pól

My bones; they ache
my heart; it bleeds
my mind; a broken record of you
...you...you...you...you...

My life; a blurred reminiscence
of implausable improbabilities
hideous cliches
mountains to climb
oceans to swim.

I would have met each challenge;
slayed every dragon
to kindle
that warmth we both felt
and the love we feared
yet craved.

And this pain
I cherish
as all thats left
of us.

Such a beautiful piece. It tugged on on my heart. :)

Cherish the pain... yes, that is wise, for the pain reminds us of some wonderful times, too. Nicely done, Paulo.

very true it's like resisting the urge to cry because you feel if you do you will forget
Awh Paulo, this is such a sweet little dirty but sad all at the same time. No one wants you to be in pain....

Well that sucks... I guess we do need to experience pain to certain extents, it does suck though.
