REOPENED WOUNDS

I decided to write this from an experience I went thru not knowing my love for one was stronger then I realized but only to hold on to expired love.

There are nights where I believe
I can catch myself from falling
from the pain you have cause to push
Me over a mountains edge
im broken I can never be fixed
until I met you everything changed
my doubts of who I seen myself to be
was strengthened by your words
you couldn't heal all my wounds that I had from my past
but you made a promise to me to heal them halfway
with your love I couldn't ask for anything more
you told me you loved me and you will replace
my burden of pain with your endless devotion
I gave in and trusted your words I let down my wall for you
knowing I was far from perfect
you then gave me a presentation of false hope
I did no research not seeing the fine print
that your love had
a warranty.

Vision the pain of loving someone until u loose yourself to only realize when things are not what other wants love disappear so easily just as of u never existed to them
