Over and Over

It's a sad process

But knowing in the end

You'll help them

There's not a better feeling

Then it's when they stay for a long time

Then "poof"

They're gone

Never seen again

They come and go

Come and go

Come and go

You get attached

So attached 

It hurts 

It happens Over and Over

Its like life 

A cycle 

They come, You get attached

They leave with a single good-bye. 

I'd say the worst part of it all

Is the leaving

You have to act happy

Like nothings happening

Or they cry

Then the last you see them they're crying 

Some times they're put up for foster care or adoption

Because they have abilities

I got this kid

Kaleb

He had Cystic Fibrosis

A day and you'd fall in love with him

Big baby blue eyes

Light brown hair

He was an angel

He left without a warning 

I didn't get a proper good-bye

Author's Note

If you don't know what his disease was; it's a passed down disease, his parents had it. You have mucus in your lungs and you can't get it fully out. The life span for him and a lot of effected patients is 20 years old. So to help you understand his case think of it like this metaphor. Like a cat ,only 20 years, If you treated wrong for so long you lose lives.That's what happened to him. His parents didn't treat him right so when we got him he had lost around 6 lives. So he's gonna be like a teenager when he dies. And i'll never get to see him again. He moved away.

This was very good. I like how you brought up the fact of when some of them leave crying then that's the last image you have of them. :(
