SkyA Poem by Shalini Dinesh (Poet's World)This vast sky so blue, How big ‘tis I’ve no clue, Even at noon and night, Its always clear and in sight.
The bright sunshine makes it clear, In wonder I watch it from here, Cloudy it becomes when it rains, In shades of gray itself it stains.
Adorned with clouds like vanilla scoops, Flocks of birds in merriment swoops, At times the rainbow appears in stripes, Across the sky like ribbons it swipes.
How I wish to be like the sky, Never it changes no matter why, Spreads so wide, clear and calm, Patience like it causes no harm….. © 2011 Shalini Dinesh (Poet's World)Reviews
