My Love : Sonnet

My Love : Sonnet

A Poem by Shalini Dinesh (Poet's World)

Thousand of stars bright and merrily shine,

The darkness of the night sky divinely spread,

Their glimmer is what I see in eyes of thine!

Midnight black strands is the hair in thy head,

Summer rose bud to thy lips be compared,

Charming like thy smile, what shall be on earth?

Sweet are the kisses romantically we shared,

To give thee my heart ‘tis lifetime worth,

To Part us apart neither man nor death shall drag,

Growing is our love, in it we shall truly bound,

Few are true couples like us, we shall proudly brag,

This treasure of deep love between us we found,

Long be our life together we spend days,

Long be our soul together our love we praise!
