Balance

Balance

A Poem by alaskaanne

Quite an Angel inside,
Hard to follow its guide,
Trail after its compass,
But it makes you lose sight.

Then the Devil will join,
And lay down his points,
Spewing wisdom unheard,
Creating something so stoic.

Their time made to borrow,
But which will you follow?
Play your hand at the game,
Decide your tomorrow.

Go find the Great Middle,
And solve this great riddle,
A mountain of a climb,
But thumbs don't you twiddle.
