[No Title] Hand-written June 6th, 2008

Something I wrote the last day of school.

We're moving on, Going forward

We'll take 5 steps forward and won't be be taking them back

Because we're off, to continue our lives,

To continue our dreams, together it seems.

So sad to go,

But love and memories to be shared,

And our love is too strong to let our hearts be teared.

So it continues, it doesn't disappear,

It continues forever, but there's no need for fear.

I see your tears falling for memories we've had,

And I know it's really hard to not feel so sad.

Because instead we should hug, and smile as we can,

Because all that love and all those memories will continue to stand.

It helps hold us up, so don't knock it down

Because it builds us as people, don't make us drown,

In tears and life and love crashing all around,

All our memories will never  be found.

Unless they ARE found.

Then they can be rebound...

From old pictures, books, and letters,

The undying memory that can never be knocked down.

Keep moving forward, but sure, look back

Because we're off to continue our lives,

To continue our dreams, so it seems.

So sad to go,

But love and memories to be shared,

And our memories too strong to let our hearts be teared.  ♥
