Why do you want to fast my child?

Every night when you sleep for 9 hours you ARE FASTING!

Your body is going without food and water while the liver and kidneys get some much-needed rest. You are fasting everyday that way 9 hours out of 24. That is enough. That is fasting without food or water.

But Real Fasting is abstaining from the divine...most men and women do it all the time...that kind of fasting can be both fatal for the human psyche but at the same time...liberating for the soul..Thus giving one total freedom from the creator. Till the pangs thirst and hunger arise again for the need to feel the presence of the ONE.

Are you ready for that kind of fast?

Do you want to walk on your own in this world?

Vegetarianism is more a state of mind than reality.

See...even my vegetables on this earth feed on dead organism in the soil...organism are non-veg no? Funny but true!

Real Vegetarianism lies in greenery of the soul...keeping one’s soul evergreen that it remains spotless and clean.

When the soul is clean, then there are no impurities streaming down from it to pollute other souls. 

Ok ...now it’s time for your meal. Enjoy gratefully.
