To those of you who hurt me, thank you

Without you I would never have known the pain,

To those who laughed at me, thank you

Without you I would never have cried,

To those of you who showered me with hatred, thank you

Without you I would never have known real love,

To those of you who betrayed me, thank you

Without you I would never have recognised friendship,

To those of you who plotted against me, thank you

Without you I would never have grown more aware,

To those of you who left me alone, thank you

Without you I would never have expirienced lonliness,

To those of you who thought I could'nt do it,

It is you who I thank the most,

Because Without you I would never have Tried!

Truly inspiring poem dear "Simply_me"!

I find a philosopher's touch in this writing, as I can closely relate this with a devotional song in Bengali (an Indian language), where the poet tells to the mother (God) similar sentiments!
