Humility is Underrated...

Cry for the war torn 

Just don't cry for me 

Weep for the impoverished 

Just don't sob for me

Let your eyes roll in the salty solution 

let them flood from the stresses of life

just don't waste a single drop on me

Just cry...

just cry for anyone that isn't you or I  

as humility favours humanity 

in ways unnoticed to the dry eyed

Just cry

lament for the world 

in a time where it needs an ally...

or two

Just Cry.

I like it. I like the first stanza's message a lot.
Here are some suggestions:
"Let your eyes roll in salty solution"
"as humanity favors the humble" I don't quite understand humility favoring, because humility is an attribute. Unless of course you are personifying humility.

Hmmm. Originally I left out the word "The" in the salty solution so perhaps I should have listened to myself.Humility favours humanity...humility is indeed an attribute but not necessarily an attribute everyone possesses. I was trying to tell the reader that it's ok to show a little humility now and again. Crying is a natural response to pain...but not everyone shows their humility through crying...If I haven't confused you further lol
