For the Guy

this is me

I fell in love with the guy when I’m still a girl

I’m so young then, but my world starts to impearl

Full of pearls and besides me is the tree of myrtle

Tree, sacred to Venus, my heart now starts to tremble

 

The pearls and the myrtle which is tree of Venus

These are from imagination, work of genius

But no words can explain the love so serious

Because my love for that guy is so abstruse

 

My love for him can be compared with nothing

Can’t compare to a novel or a song to sing

My tale of love, good than any author’s writings

And as the bible states, love can endure all things.

 

This is a special poem for you my special guy

I hope you’ll read this and before I say goodbye

I want to say that I want to be you and I

And I want to say I love you, I hope you’ll realize.
