The Change

The Change

A Poem by Hilarie.Hope
"

Title says it all. :]

"

Her knees buckle.
Her arms bubble.
A cry escapes her lips.
She doubles over,
Once again,
As fur sprouts from her hips.
Her nails grow long,
Her teeth grow sharp
And her eyes glow fiery red.
Her jaw is long,
She falls on all fours,
As her skin is shed.
The pain subsides,
She lets out a howl.
She's strong,
And fast,
And free.

What is she?

This is quite a depressing work :(
describing the eternal CHANGE ...
though I found the poem a bit incomplete...I mean you've described the "change" tremendously..
but still this entire piece confused me (lolz... :D :D )

but ya....
overall...its a worth read..
keep writing
