Sick

Sick

A Poem by Soranda-Jenae

Verse 1
I fell in love because I can...
doesn't matter anymore.
You've been replaced by a tormented man.
I wish you knew how much I cared.
To confess my love...
I never dared.

Hook
There are no butterflies here
just a few memories and tears.
Your love left me ill and I
can't find a cure.

Hook 2 x's2
I'm angry that I met you.
Your spirit died.
Sometimes I wish I would too.

Verse 2
All that matters is that you were there...
I used to love it when you played with my hair...
sending shock waves up my spine...
making me feel mighty fine!
Seeing you used to be the best part of my day,
now you make me feel sick in the worst way.

(Hook)

Bridge
Maybe someday my broken heart
will be mended.
Maybe I'll say I feel much better now.
But for now I am ill. Waiting for the cure.
Waiting for some type of love doctor

(Hook 2 x's 4)
