Forever My Neko

Ignore errors please, heres a small prologue...

Hands linked together, breathe turning uneven the more we ran, pain searing through my body, small cuts stinging the more I moved, more appearing as branches ran a crossed my skin. Yet the fear kept me going, adrenalin not kicking in yet, only fear pulsing through me. Stopping wasn’t an option, only death would come then, I refuse to stop and lose my mate.
“Come on! Almost there!” He encouraged
Nodding was all I could do, words would not escape my mouth, fear now replaced with determination, gun shots heard from behind barely missing us. So close, almost there.
“Now Jump” He shouted
Air shoved at my body as we jumped off the cliff icy waters waiting below as I clutched onto him as his arms encircled me. Only one thought processed before we plunged into the icy depths of the ocean. Maybe I should have gone extinct with the rest of my kind, but I will not lose him to these people.
