Sharks don't bite

Sharks don't bite

A Poem by Soren

Sharks don’t bite in the night

my neighbor said to me

but he was wrong and didn’t live long

while fishing out at sea

By the pale moon light he got a bite

half way up to his knee

He started to shout and thrash about

he complained about his loss

He turned bright red as the sharks said

You make a wonderful sauce

Then the sharks took him up to his chin

And used his laces for dental floss

Sounds like something I might have written as gallows humor! Or a campfire story to scare the kids. Grimly amusing, my friend.

that's why I'll never swim in the sea because if the sharks don't get you something else will.
