Esau

Esau

A Poem by Soren

Full of sloth and no shame

Gullible as a moth drawn to a flame

Having forgot what a high price we paid

That liberty was bought and now does fade

Without a fight we sit in our cottage

And trade our birthright for a mess of pottage
