Grown stronger than man's bones

A seed reincarnated, sprouts from the earth

Reaching ethereal sunlit zones

Taking nutrients from place of birth

With no window, roof or wall

No wars, abuse or genocide

Giving homes, shelter, shade to all

Jealousy, lust, hatred, set-aside

Growing canopy, of harmony

No voice or tongue to deride

Image of what man only dreams to be

In roots, trunk and leaves reside

Peace on earth, good will to all

Cut by man's saw of wisdom, another does fall

that saw - perhaps not made of wisdom (irony, i know) - keeps cutting and cutting deep into everything that makes life possible on earth. it really makes one wonder why. why the self-sabotage, the self-destructive stampede through time? it might be some sort of ignorance, a misuse of free will, but without struggle, there is no progress. Maybe.

Is this a utopia? I love the power of art to make everything real and inspire and lift people up, I love the poets who provide that power even more. It is always a special power to be able to talk about this. I wish your art to always continue on the best path.
