"I love."

"Yes I do"

"You're a b***h who's obsessive.'

"You are a b***h ."and it's drilled into me.

Ten Years Later

"I am a b***h and they'rt out there happy....
"I am sorry he called you b***h- it's not you."

 

Later

"How are you feeling?"

"Still feel worthless but now I have purpose and I am a witch."

"We used to burn those."

Afterwards

"I have no worth"

Yoga:

I feel empty why am i here

"You're in love and you're heart sick."

"What are you?"

"I am looking into the face of melancholy."

Melancholia was the old name for depression. That sounds like what is going on here. That it endures for over a decade indicates it's chemically based. It is always accompanied by low self esteem. I have a feeling the speaker here is familiar with medication and therapy.
