Someone I Know

Someone I Know

A Poem by sparklingfacet

A concave man, broken smile sparkling in the sunlight
Eyes communicating love, kindness, gentleness
Caressing the outlines of reality with his sight
He holds everything in maybe he's pensive
What will he find? That his feelings are a world
that is too immense to be expressed
Or maybe he saves his world for the special few
The ones who listened who haven't fled
Like the gift of flowers is the gift of his truth
