Together we alternate

We are two people, together as one, 

One side ecstatic, one side grey, 

Together we alternate,

With feelings of apathy and insanity, 

Together as one, we alternate, 

Switching between reality and insanity, 

I wait unknowing for who I am to be today, 

For I am not in control of this reality, 

As reality draws in, it becomes clearer as to who really has control of my sanity. 

Breathing, notes of sweet harmony linger,

in the air i breathe, 

Sweet symphony’s of the quiet hushed tones, 

Of the many creatures in the sky, 

Harmonising together, 

To create the sweet sound of the songbird, 

To make and create, 

The beauty of life.
