Revert to Caterpillar: A Dialogue

Revert to Caterpillar: A Dialogue

A Poem by stella_lemurum
"

Two characters dying together.

"

It hurts less for you

You only dreamt your wings

I was great

I was immortal

You don’t know me

Don’t pretend

If you were immortal

What’s this?

I never said I knew you

I had wings once, you know

They must have fallen by the way

You arrogant fool

I had hope once

Perhaps you’ll find it near your wings

I didn’t mean to sound like that

I’m sorry

No, you’re not

I wish you peace in another world

But no wings?

No

About
I'll speak for the world, the damned, the loveless, the beautiful, the forgotten. Someone must. Who I am doesn't matter. If you want to know my name, make one up. If you want to know what I do.. more..
