The Calm After The Storm

The Calm After The Storm

A Poem by KAREN

A beaming rainbow evanesces

behind the clouds

Rain drops like scintillant

wishing coins,

And the sun reflects to the

dampened ground

Where all creatures stare

in reverence.

As the sun feeds all, and makes us breathe. Wonderful write dear! Short yet so much complexity totally well said!

You have painted the beauty following
the rain.
It flows beautifully, the imagery is
captivating and your imagination rocks.
In just a few words you have created a
masterpiece.

Thank you,
---- John

I can just see all the animals staring up at the sky grateful after a dark and dreary storm. They don't forget where their life comes from, the heavens and the rains and the sun and so on. This is very beautiful!

Everyone has to pass rites of passage. For me this was a poem about that special greatness. I might have had it all wrong and I probably do, but in any case I liked this and thought it was penned well.

After a great storm. Your words are true. The world seem to slow down and we appreciate the calmness. Thank you for the excellent poem.
