Jesus Ain't Like No Zombie That I Know

Inspired by a comment one of my Sunday School kids made.

Jesus ain’t like no zombie that I know.

No terrifying attack or tortured groan.

Hunts not for brains but spiritual belief.

Returned from death and declared his peace.

Inflicted wounds still held true,

Just like every zombie I ever knew.

Miraculous in everything he does,

Sacrificed himself in love.

 

Jesus ain’t like no zombie that I know -

He’s the only one that wears a halo.

Please be honest - written as a "rap" - something I've never done before.

this is a good :) i like the rhyme lol and the allusion to him being a zombie but the antithesis of zombies
