Friendships Lost..

My friend , I never did call
Not text or email once
Nor write on a digital wall
A boring birthday message.

I remember a time , we used to talk
The laughs , The giggles
The paths we used to walk
The secrets and the girl talk.

Was that so long ago, I think
Was that in this life or another?
As life goes by in a blink.
We have lost track of each other.

If friendships are forever
As we believed then,
Will it die out as we part,
Or stay forever in my heart?

Tried to write something in 6 minutes and some feelings came out..
