and all of a sudden

there were too many people.

i couldn’t breathe.

i couldn’t think.

there was so much noise,

and i desperately wanted to flee.

Sounds like a panic attack, your words tell it exactly like it is, and for no reason sometimes it comes on and makes us conscious of our breathing.
