Poker

A Poem by Tammy
"

"For a lover of the game."

"

You're a gambler.

You took a chance.

A risk.

We're you lucky,

or was it luck of the draw?

Maybe you never had it

in your hand at all.

You taught me about blinds,

you showed me when to fold,

when to bluff and when to hold.

"If I stay right here I could win all day".

I guess you were right after all,

and yes it was worth it,

just to play the game.

We win either way.

The table awaits...
