Alive

Alive

A Poem by terry smith

If you want something
don't wait too long
hesitation
kills
& a moment
lost
can never
be regained
it takes
a certain strength
to touch the flame
but if you do
you will never want
to let go

It's the fear of being burned rather the the actual pain, that causes those hesitations, those lost moments.

How perfectly you tell that time is the ultimate thief.

Beccy.

Blunt and honest and to the point. I love it and those were words that need to be heard tonight. Very inspiring. Thank you, my friend.
