Coronavirus Papers

A Poem by terry smith

The virus
moved among us
like a snowman
massacred
during a blizzard

A blind man
could very well make
the best witness

In the corner
of his mind
sits Helen Keller
wishing she was
Anne Frank

wow, this is good...
vibrant undertones of the Beats...
the last three lines a real kicker.

and like Oedipus...the blind man sees more in his volatile mind than he saw with two good eyes.
