Corruption in all Authority

Dad pisses me off.

There's corruption in all authority

Especially the ones close to home

Expressed mainly in that one

You're inclined to give a hug

Beneath their smoothly carved exterior

Lies a tangled mess of insane desire

A want to bring you to your knees

A need to see you weep

Even when you tremble with tears

They want more

To force a confession from you

Of everything that you've found to be a lie

As you regain your strong stance

Cross your arms tight, and stare hard

Their attacks do not weaken

But grow more intense

You're not sure of your tolerance

So with a drop of the arms

A tail betwen your legs

You've stepped away from these tyrants

With only hope of a slight comfort

From their last victim
