And cry

A mix of emotions that can't help but overwhelm me

Sometimes you just need to cry
Cry for the people less fortunate than you
Cry for the people more fortunate than you
Cry for you

 And pray
Pray for people who don't for themselves
Pray because you haven't in a while
Pray because you want to
Pray for you

 And smile
Smile at your friends
Smile at the strangers you see everyday
Smile because you need to
Smile because you want to

 And laugh
Laugh because it's funny
Laugh because you're in love
Laugh because you should

 And pray

And smile

And cry

Sometimes these emotions can be overwhelming, but they are also welcomed. Sometimes all it takes is a good crying or laughing or praying or smiling session to ease the tension.
