The Roses

The Roses

A Poem by Whispering Pines

How madly cling the roses

to the moss grown crumbling wall

performing desperate poses,

they'd rather cling than fall.

short but still gets the point across in such a way that the reader is not left wanting for more, but pleasantly fulfilled this piece has many meanings to it, which i like in the fact that people can chose their own :)

I like how this screams at me to look at the roses and ponder them.
The beauty of nature knows no bounds.
You took a thought and made a mental, visual painting.
Well done.
