Weather

A Poem by theking

The rain fell upon the ground

The world covered in sleet and hail

Time and time again we found

The weather of the world prevailed

We all watched the white snow

Fall from that hallowed

In a long and distant age ago

I felt the weather say goodbye

something I must have written years ago, Its kind of rough and doesn't seem to make much sense, but I thought I'd give it a go and see what yall think of it.

I read your author's note, too, and I thought it made sense. Poetry is interpreted least a little differently by everyone. What I got out of this was the diversity of the weather personifying the different ways of the world, and at the end maybe an echo of a memory.
