unadventurous adventure

unadventurous adventure

A Poem by the tipsy writer

There’s something to be said

For taking a worn path

Carved in by your steps

From the journeys before

Each step, familiar

Each step, a coming home

New adventures are thrilling,

An exploration of the mind and body.

But the familiar road is an exploration of heart.

And a reminder of all you are.
