Disconnected

Disconnected

A Poem by Jason White

It happened so fast!
How we met is long past.
We really do not know;
are we together just for show?

We moved in together,
like birds of a feather.
With blessing from above
our nest was filled with love.

But time took its toll,
and our love lost its soul.
So we filled up our place,
cause we didn't want to face:

We're together all alone
from each other we had flown.
What ever is there to say,
to restore our love one day?
