Lupine's night

Lupine's night

A Poem by Evermist
"

I did this for a english class

"

Walking in this brightly moonlit night

Hearing the howls of the wolf’s cry

Shadows falling, darkness calling in this light

There I stand, gazing without fright

A wolf’s cry, carry over the dry wind’s sigh

Walking in this brightly moonlit night

I close my eyes and open them to an eerie sight

The gleaming of the wolf’s eye, bright as a gold eye

Shadows falling, darkness calling in this light

Movement starts: the sun therefore soon to be bright

There I sat looking thought the sight of this blue sky

Walking in this brightly moonlit night

When moving comes from behind this halo blight

Casts over me though this winds birds fly

Shadows falling, darkness calling in this light

Ones own right, walking in with the beast of fight

The wolf remains and so do I hum, with the winds good-bye

Walking in this brightly moonlit night

Shadows falling, darkness calling in this light
