Even If The Stars Aren't Diamonds

Even If The Stars Aren't Diamonds

A Poem by Richard Mueller
"

I'd still try to reach for them

"
And if the stars were s**t rather than diamonds, I think I'd still reach for them
Just so I could feel the pain in the work that we know we're all condemned
Because there is no adventure in laziness and I'm up to go on the journey
Even if the destination is everything short of what I'd hoped for

I feel the same way.. The journey is in the experience rather than the destination.. Well said :)
