kaleidascopic light

kaleidascopic light

A Poem by Timman724
"

beauty

"

lights go by, kaleidascopic,
is the world on fire?
sense is raized, but you can't stop.
it only fuels desire.
inches from my fingertips,
your skin bathed in the light.
while your smile betrayed your thoughts,
and caught the corner of my eye.
my mind is drunk with you,
this could get better every night,
cause in the morning dew
i'm still imagining the sight.
just a few nights more,
i could be tempted to give in.
it's not a cure from being bored;
it's a spark, a fire, a sin.
it's a snake that wraps my mind,
all soft and smiling in the light.
an addiction to these times
when i don't have to say goodnight.

I like the rhyming scheme, which is very good!
The metaphors are so powerful that I've got an impression of uneasiness... That's good! Go on writing - I'll be glad to read more!
