The Time Traveler

Man's first attempt into traveling into the future

The realization soon hit Tom Clancy that since the earth spins on its axis in a westward direction he concluded that time is actually moving forward. He also hypothesized that in order to travel back in time is to reverse the spin in an eastward direction.  He also concluded to travel back and forth in time is to accelerate one's existence moving westward or eastward.

The air of uncertainty has dispelled any thoughts of immediate success of Tom's invention. A time machine that could pave the way for a better future for all of mankind, or if it fell in the wrong hands who knows what disasters would befall the world. 

To achieve success all Tom needs to put in practice his theory of movement in Time is to first create a vortex that assimilates the earth's axis rotation. Westward for movement into the future, or eastward for returning into the past.

Tom Clancy is already a well-known author but now has turned his attention to the idea that man's destiny lies both in the past and in the future. The times of today do not fit well for that better future. Tom realizes that because we are immersed in too many tempests of uncertainty could only a time traveler travel into the past or the future ease the burdens of humanity. As it stands the world is poised to be thrust into an inferno by are failure to learn from the mistakes of our past. 

To create the momentum needed all Tom needs now is to tap into the cities electrical grid to achieve the megawatts needed to accelerate the vortex to achieve the velocity that would propel Tom into the future or the past. Now the moment of truth has arrived. 

For the past year Tom has been quietly working on the idea of traveling into the future only to be hampered by the lack of support from family, friends and associates who all though he was nuts. The idea of movement into the 4th dimension was preposterous they all said. But now as Tom was strapping himself into the cockpit of his Time Machine man's journey into the future or the past has just begun.
