I'm a Christian. Sometimes I write a God Poem

Breathe life over dead situations

Blow the roof off of limited expectations

Seed and rain change the barren ground

One word from you turns my life around

 

Speak your words and I believe it

Hear the promise I receive it

All my tears are wiped away

Live this life no reservation

Heaven is my destination

I will worship you today

 

Reignite the burned out flame

You call me out you change my name

From death to life your word calls me

From slave to saved you’ve set me free

much respect TL! .. i also am a Christian .. and hear you loud and clear! :) .. most of us are not the judgmental people some would have us be .. but coming to grips with Christ and the things He says only brings us to a deep knowledge of who we are (lacking and needing) and who God is (fulfilling and forgiving) really fine reading for me ..

The Spirit is more powerful than any drug. It can fill us with just a sliver shaved from a grain. If we only had faith the size of a mustard seed...we'd probably explode. But the high is like no other, that peace and love that envelops the believer...stronger than fentanyl for pain, letting us live and live again, forever. Beautiful, my friend, F.

I like this. I see something else out of this. This would be like the first passage of a novel and then it would read..."..and then she walked out of the sanctuary down the twisted road back to her house to see her son that was birthed by no man." just throwing that out there...I like.
