thinking about you

wrote this for another friend.. always be there for a friend in need...:) *longest poem ever! it was too long, i lost the "feel" of it... should've kept it short... so as not to lose myself..:)

 

I can’t go on another day without thinking of you.
You're the only one who makes me feel like I do.
Every breath that I breathe is for you.
Please stay; I’d do anything for you.

I know it's hard to go on,
But you’ve got friends to help you pull through.
I'm one of those people who’ll help you get by.
Through all those problems deep down inside you.

It hurts me to know that you're bout to give up
On life so easily, just like that.
Get a grip man, come on! It's not that bad,
Just think bout the good times we’ve all had.
Are you about to give up on those?
Come on, it was fun,

Remember the time when we were out in the sun?

You’ve got a whole life ahead of you,
More chances, more trials, more people to meet.
Don’t miss this opportunity,
Put you're good foot down, mingle and greet.

Yellow and blue are the best colors for you,
For the sun and the ocean are a part of you too.
I just want you to smile, don’t think about anything.
No troubles, no worries, just plain bliss...

Coz if you leave, for sure there’s someone we’ll miss.

You keep me worried all the time, you know that?
Remember the time that you were drunk?
Dude, you smelled like a skunk!
Haha, I'm kidding of course. Still think I don’t care?
Who was it then that brought you home, who cared for you, waited for you to get sober, I was the one who was there.
Couldn’t, wouldn’t leave you hanging like that.
It's not me, it's not right, and I love you, and that’s that.

 

How can I make you see,
That you mean so much more to me?
I hate it when I see you down and upset
I try my hardest just so you’ll forget
All that bad s**t, that’s been happening here,
We can’t control it, but know that I'm just near.
I can’t tell you how to feel and act,
Just know that I've got your back.

So now tell me,
How can you say that no one loves you?
Dude, even if you push us away, we’re just here,
Waiting for you to tell us to come near.
We’ve been through a lot,
You know that as well as I.

But let me tell you one thing.
If you leave this earth, know that I’d die...
