Subtle

Subtle

A Poem by Ty
"

Sweet Sounds And Peace.

"
Subtle
Amaryllis bulbs and Daises
Night and day
And maybe
We'd find grace in songs and sweet sounds,
Vocal fry voices,
Reverberating.
I'm simply here to pedal peace
A pedal placed among a gun barrel or tank
As I gaze off into blank
Life motions forward
A portrait to paint
The refraction of sunlight,
Or glistening in prisms of the James River
And isn't it tough to remember all of the highs, the lows
Not knowing everything
But coming to your senses
Foreign to you,
But your neighbor's been through plenty
I've found haven in this safe state as I'm awake
As my favorite song lends a taste
Of what equates to a sunny place and subtly
Good Karma and elements
Teleporting, an alternate dimension
It's seldom but anxiously welcomed as well-being
Settling
These songs of love and Daisy fields,
Night and day,
Subtle.

This poem reminds me of how we tend to overlook all the little things in our lives and see it as normal. But once we take a closer look at these little things, things are more than what they seem.
