Turtles

Turtles

A Poem by turtlegirlluver
"

A turtle acrostic!

"

Trying to get through the day

Until someone big gets in their way.

Returning to where they were born,

Tedious attempts may be forlorn.

Leaving the eggs to hatch alone,

Even then the threats are unknown.

I also love turtles, so this really means a lot. This short, but very thoughtful work was very nice to read. The concept of using T-U-R-T-L-E as partly an anagram, displays what you are capable of. Another great work of yours!

I love to perform, write, and read. I love sea turtles and want to save them. I am obsessed with music and listen to it any chance I get. I feel that writing is one of the best ways that I can express.. more..
