A Man's Letter

A Man's Letter

A Poem by uhknowbot-e

A man's letter to Mother Earth's inhabitants
It's time to lay down arms, and step outside this madness.
Killing sons, and daughters, sisters, and brothers.
Too busy living life to give a f**k about another's,
endeavors, adventures, troubles, obstacles.
A lonely man debates the noose, and no one ever knows.
No one cares enough to ever pose an inquiry.
Far to few dare to look at what another man's shoes see.
Unless the shoes Italian, and it makes a lot of green.
See the desecration, but refuse to intervene.
The darkness deepens, reaching too many hearts.
Matches are wet, but the light's in need of sparks.
So it can shine, melting the ice in veins.
Beauty of a rainbow is only seen after it rains...
