Faceless.

Faceless.

A Story by Shae
"

This. Is. Real.

"
The people stop to stare,
Like I'm a kid with no face..

"I can see you staring!"

Every direction I run, I seem to get trapped.
This isn't working out too well.

When I was little, I had all these huge plans, big dreams.
They seemed so real
Reachable.
Now I look from where I stand.
squint

and I can almost see the place I started.

How many steps back can one person possibly take..

Draw a map, find a path.
Take a breath and run.

I like the drive in this one. Tells me to keep pursuing regardless of progress.
