My April 4th poem for NaPoWriMo 2012

The camera’s flash is bright
Flashing my life before my eyes

As it all comes back
As quickly as an image

Can you see the moments,
The hours, days, years
Shining through in my eyes?
Can you see the experiences
The laughs, joys, tears
Imprinted on my face?

Lifetime in a moment
Moment in a flash

upon that flash the moment is captured forever. i think after we get the picture only we can perceive our whole lives, our past, happiness and sadness, even if it doesn't show in the picture. i believe if you look closely enough you might get a glimpse of all that. insightful and thought-provoking poem. great job.
