new dawn

there is a new dawn over the horizon,
i can't see it,
though, i know that it is there...
i'll be there soon,
one day.

how quickly time fades away,
nowadays,
when we were young,
the days would never end,
even when we so wished
they'd end and end...

it's a new world,
a brave world...
and i'm trying to get in

my heart says i'm a failure,
but my mind says i'm ready
for anything,
that's just how it is

not how it was,
lost in the nothingness
of oblivion and selfishness
no care for tomorrow,
no care for yesterday...
just, living in the moment
for what a moments worth...

but today can no longer play
into our minds
for tomorrow is what,
gets us by...
and yesterday is all we have left
to hold on to...

there is a new dawn over the horizon,
and i'm still not quite ready to see it..
but i know that it's inevitable,
and i hope to be ready

I hope so too. we should never prolong something that will heal us, living in the past, clinging to the past, not sharing our real person or spirit or our beliefs, who and what we love is misery..it will heal you to let it go and live who you are..who you love, what you love, and who you really are..

it is an inspirational poem, and I am sure those that love you cling to the hope that you will do this..maybe more silently then what people really want..pain is a strange thing..we can all be silent different ways, but it does not mean the love is not felt or there..
