February Son: Organica Mechanica (2016)

A Poem by Wesley Dingler

I was born

   an American machine.

Few layers beneath,

   But plenty of wires

to confuse in between.

I warn you,

   Should you be

From a state that simply must see...

   Something built upon

bedlam can be found

   in the layers in between.

I like this a lot Wesley, feelings of being helpless in terms of the situation and society you are born into and the ways in which it can shape us human beings, it can be confusing when you try to de-tangle the knots. Best, Laura
