Burning Fire

Burning Fire

A Poem by Ryan Daniels

As I fall to my knees

I plead to peel

From the fire that burns

And there is no where to turn

But to the heavens above

Asking for the cup

That is full of mercy.

As I cry

My soul dives

In the ocean

Of forgiveness

Short as it may be

Life is full of dreams.

The reality of your burdens

Are free when you think

Positively!

A wonderful write... It flows wonderfully well...The torment is described in compelling words.. "I plead to peel from the fire that burns..wow!
As I cry my soul dives into the ocean of forgiveness...such a brilliant way of expressing the grant of salvation...and it has such a useful message at the end...
The reality of your burdens
Are free when you think
Positively!

Life is so complex, the ultimate novel taking place around us. We have so many trials and a choice of how our story goes and how it ends in this grand work of prose comprised of our life. Some answers we never know, some we would rather not know, in the end it will be as it should. Nice write.

We all have our burdens. They are little, most times, tests of our strength. I know sometimes I think to myself, how many tests do I have to pass before I finally understand? Only we can know the answer to that question.
nice piece of writing here

Your words are wise. We must forgive our self and others to be able to move on. We need to stay positive and try to live a good life. A outstanding poem.
